Succsessful applications
Boundlessly program (Transylvania, Transcarpathia, Highland)
Applications for gifted and talented (Trip to Vajdahunyad, expansion of the physics closet)
Leonardo program (Three-week internship in Germany)
Erasmus+ (three-week practical training in Germany and in Italy for our students)
Scholarship
in every class for all students
Students at vocational schools receive scholarship from year 9 and upwards from the state.
In the 10th grade and afterwards the firms enter into a contract of employment with the students (Schaeffler, BPW, TDK, OPEL, IVY, Aptiv)
If a student doesn’t take part in the dual practice, he/she still receives the scholarship.
Novelty and advantages of the technical school:
At first, you choose a branch and you have two years to familiarize yourself with it.
The career choices take place after finishing the 10th grade.
The technical school combines the advantages of a grammar school and a trade school:
It is the same curriculum in Mathematics, Hungarian Literature and Grammar, History and a Foreign Language as in a grammar school. The education ends in all these general subjects with a final examination, which can be taken earlier than the final year.
Qualification in languages is possible like in a grammar school but at our school is only one language is compulsory to study.
You do not have to choose a fifth subject at the final exam because the vocational exam will be the fifth subject.
The technician exam counts as an elevated level of the final exam.
After the 5th year, you receive both a certificate of the final exam and a technician certificate.
Mechatronics technician
A five-year long training is specialized on manufacture of machinery and vehicles.
After the 5th year, you receive both a certificate of the final exam and a technician certificate.
You will be able to do diagnosis of the producing equipment with high automation, you correct errors in hydraulic, pneumatic and IT control and in electrical systems. You can produce spare parts.
Electronics technician
Electronics and electrical engineering sector, which ends with both a certificate of the final exam and a technician certificate.
An electronics technician is a specialist of electronics and electrical engineering in manufacturing and service sectors. His basic tasks are to design, manufacture, assemble, measure, repair and maintenance instruments. He knows and applies electrical safety and modern ESD security regulations.
Advantages of the vocational school
This is a specialist training.
First, you choose a branch and you have one year to get to know it.
The choice of career takes place after the 9th grade.
You can learn your profession for two years, mostly at companies with a dual training.
Dual training means that the location of the training is at companies and at entrepreneurs where you can learn your profession.
After the 9th grade you still can change to the technical school.
You receive a general vocational training scholarship for one year.
The scholarship will be replaced by a vocational training contract. It means that you are still studying but you will have an income, too.
